We have been servicing vintage and modern professional audio equipment for over 25 years. Whilst we are a UK warranty service centre for both Tube-Tech and Schertler, we also carry out non-warranty repairs to many different products. We are happy to provide a quotation for repair/service of any audio or video products.

We will issue a returns authorization which will be sent to you by your preferred method

Upon receipt of the returns authorization, please return your goods to the address you are given
|
|
|
Make sure that the returns number is clearly marked on the outside of your package
|
|
|
Unless otherwise arranged, all carriage costs are the responsibility of the sender
|
|
|
Non-Warranty repairs are undertaken at a cost of £50 per hour plus parts
|
